We have NO control over the handling of these chips once they leave our possession. It is advisable to at least use a grounding wrist strap (or equivalent) while handling and installing any chips.

Please also keep in mind that most of the time it is just a chip swap to correct an Atari problem. But there are other reasons why just a chip swap doesn't always fix a problem. Bad capacitors, cold solders, voltage regulators, etc. can also be bad. These are 40 plus year old electronics and nothing lasts forever.

All sales are processed and shipped within 1 day from finalized payment to the seller with the exception of national holidays and marked vacation periods. We do combine shipping on multiple purchases made at the same time to help.

Tracking information is automatically sent to you when your order is processed. USPS tracking can sometimes take up to 24 hours to update.

Any and all returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Any damages to the item because of poor packaging will be deducted from a refund. To ensure the most out of your return please keep and return item in original packaging. Any part swapping will not be tolerated. Irresponsible buyers will be reported to eBay and will be unable to do business with us in the future.
