Stanley Bedrock 604 Smoothing Plane Type 6 (1912-1921) USA Vintage Tools Great Condition

Type 6 Stanley Bedrock 604 plane dating from between 1912-1921

In great used condition and fully working and very clean.

Bed has been cleaned up and sprayed black due to previous corrosion but the rest of the plane has been left original.

Frog and all parts and fixing retain original japanning and black finish.

Original exotic hardwood knob and tote.

Front knob clean with no cracks.

Rear tote has been repaired with titebond wood glue and epoxy resin to stabilise and add strength.

Fitted and old laminated type Record blade and chip breaker.

A beautiful antique Bedrock plane ready for use and tuning up to how you like it.
