This booklet is in fair condition. There is some wear to the edges (scuffing  and some creasing), corners (scuffing and creasing). There is shelf wear overall including scuffs, marks and creasing with more creasing around the spine.  There are also some slight scratches and some slight browning. The book itself is in fair condition. There are some minor marks, minor wear and some foxing to the outer edges and to the corners. There is some creasing in the book mainly around the spine hinges. There is some browning of the pages. Overall a fair copy.
