I really don't know a lot about this trinket box.  It is a type hammered silver and might be aluminum??  A magnet does not stick to it but it's heavier than aluminum, weighing 1.2 pounds.  It is 7" across and 3" high.  It has a punched pattern design over the entire piece.  Very nice trinket box!  See pix for details.
