I ship USPS Flat Rate First Class for most all orders. Standard Shipping orders are shipped with tracking. You may opt for Expedited Shipping w/Tracking. Expedited orders are sent Priority Mail, 2-3 days once shipped and are usually shipped by next day. If you need your order sooner please contact me before ordering to see if I can accommodate your dates.

RETURNS

No Returns Accepted on any personalized items. 

If there is an error in printing, and it is an error on MY part I will gladly replace your order at no cost to you.  If the error is from the buyer's end you will be charged for replacement.
