This is an absolutely stunning men's custom made sport coat by D&G Dolce Gabanna Italy a size 44L for the US and is labeled a 54 for Italy.

This is a custom made blazer from a tailor in Europe who worked exclusively with D&G creating made to measure, and custom suitings. The D&G line was discontinued by Dolce & Gabanna in 2011 as they concentrated on their ready to wear clothes and the custom made menswear became part of the Alta Sartoria line. So this blazer would be considered vintage.

This is made of a very nice looking wool and polyester blend made in Italy in a classic solid black. There is a corduroy striping weave Dinah to the material design. It is very nice and a special looking coat. Please see the up close pictures for the details.

This is a single breasted 2 button front closure blazer. It has 4 buttons on the sleeves with the faux button hole stitching. All the buttons are done in a black Dolce & Gabbana logo design. The two closure buttons have interior reinforced stitching and button backing for long-term conditional use.

This blazer has a single vented rear and it is fully lined in a logo lining. It has the classic blazer style patch pockets giving it more of a casual, contemporary look. These patch pockets are still sewn shut as they were never opened by the original owner.

The measurements are as follows:

CHEST = 47 inches around the outside of the coat measured just under the armpits. This is a slim fit cut. We measure around the outside circumference of the coat like it was being worn. We do NOT measure laying flat.

SLEEVES = 36 inches from the center of the back neckline to the end of the cuffs, 26 1/4 inches from the shoulder seam to the end of the cuffs. 

TAIL = 32 inches from the BOTTOM of the collar to the end of the waistline hem in the rear

SHOULDERS = 20 1/2 inches wide from shoulder seam to shoulder seam

WAISTLINE = 45 inches around the midsection of the coat at the bottom button which is about 11 inches up from the bottom hem line. This is a slim fit cut. We measure around the outside circumference of the coat like it was being worn. We do NOT measure laying flat.

This is a great looking and unique sport coat. This high end D&G blazer is in great condition being worn just a couple of times at most.

Well the exact age is not known, based on the line being discontinued in 2011, and as far as the original owner can remember, this was created around 2005-2006. So this would be considered a vintage blazer.

It shows great and is in wonderful condition over all. The exterior looks nice with no issues at all…..it is in great condition. There may be some interior loose threads, but nothing major at all. This black corduroy blazer is wonderful and has plenty of life left in it for the new owner to enjoy.
