SIGNED and DATED  by the author during his initial book tour as indicated by the date.  Dustjacket is protected by a clear, removable Brodart mylar cover.  Intact dustjacket, not price clipped, flat signed, not inscribed.  No previous owner's writing, not BCE, not an ex-lib, no remainder mark.  Photographs are of actual book for sale.

Boxed shiping will be well-packed, flat rate is bubble wrapped but buyer assumes risk of any in transit damage.  Shipping during holidays may be very, very slow and your patience is required.  If a shipping option is not listed on the invoice or needs to be revised, please let me know and I will send a revised invoice.

International shipping:  I ship to most international destinations but  may consider non-US bidders only if we reach an agreement on all matters prior to your bidding.  I usually use USPS Priority International Mail.

Shipment on multiple winning items may be combined to save on shipping if it fits in the same flatrate Priority box (check with me first, 2nd or 3rd item may even ship for free!).
