The upholstery on these lateral trim panels is Gray Cloth/Leatherette. The panels are in good condition. The cloth sections on both panels have some minor discolorations and stains. The left panel has 2 small cracks in the vinyl below the armrest. Otherwise, all factory mounting points are intact. The condition of any included mounting pin is NOT guaranteed. Details can be viewed in the photos. Guaranteed good working condition. This is a used original BMW part.
