COA & Issue Numbers

The COA & Issue Number shown in pictures used for listings may not be the actual one you will receive unless they are specifically stated in the written description.

Dispatch: -

I try to post all orders on the day your payment clears into my eBay account. Should for any reason your order will not be dispatched within two days I will notify you by email. Orders placed at weekends will usually be posted on the following Monday.

Orders placed on Bank Holidays or Public Holidays may be delayed and you will be advised about postage status as necessary via the eBay message system.

The current Pandemic can still cause delays or disrupt deliveries to any location please check for restrictions in your area for the latest information.

Returns: -

Due to the potential risk of abuse to this type of product returns are not accepted.

Post & Packing: -

I will offer special terms for multiple items.

I do take great care to protect all orders before dispatch (see the positive comments on my feedback) and use all appropriate materials at my disposal, I apologise if it takes a little time to open but better that it arrives undamaged. Please do not accept any packages that appear to have been damaged or tampered with while in transit.

All items will be sent by Royal Mail unless otherwise advised, every item will require a signature on delivery and where applicable is trackable.

Should your order fail to arrive within Royal Mails specified 15-day window (30 days for international orders) then please contact me via eBay messages and I can follow it up with Royal Mail.

I always supply the Royal Mail reference number via eBay so you can always check the current status of each package on their website.

Overseas postage

Overseas postage is available on selected items using the eBay Global Shipping Program Only, for a full explanation see the help section on eBay. Please note that I may still decline to post to some countries.
