We try to disclose any blemishes in the product in the condition description unless the part is brand new. We also try to list what years & models this part will also fit on. Your order will go out the same day if you order by 3pm CST otherwise it will be shipped the next business day. Orders only go out Monday - Friday unless special shipping is arranged. We take great care to package your item nicely so it arrives in the same condition it left.
