B brand (probably Badger). Cotton/Poly blend Windbreaker jacket.  Was a New jacket, got wet in storage from a small roof leak. Washed in delicate, 2x, to get mildew off. Mint condition. 1 Faint area above patch that is a yellow color ( yellow dye leaked onto blue) hard to notice- see photos #10,#11. This is very loose fitting ( fits like a 2XL) so it can be worn while on duty. Special colors of blue white and yellow- don't know if that's for a special unit. It has a pull cord at the bottom to tighten it if want to hug the body more, there is no elastic waist hem.. V neck, pullover. 

  Measurements: Men's Current XL : 27.5" across chest from armpit seam to seam (54"  around), 28" long, 38" sleeves (backbone to end of cuff) or 27" from shoulder to arm seam. 25" shoulder to shoulder.
