Usually the shipment will be delivered within 2-6 business days, for  urgent shipment please let us know the address and postcode via email, we will arrange express post. 5. Sometimes we may choose Toll service for some certain items or customer's loacation. If you don't want toll service, we may charge your 5-10 AUD for Au post service shipping fee according to customer's location.

6. Please note that the flat delivery rate of $20 is for metro areas delivery only. If you live in a remote area or on a property or have a post box then you will have to pay additional charges. Our couriers do not deliver to P O Box addresses. In that case we have to arrange alternative shipping method. If you live in a remote area surcharge of $15  will apply, if you live in a remote area with a P O box delivery, please contact us before you buy. If you have bought this item with out reading it and do not want to pay additional charges please let us know we will cancel the transaction and refund your money.
