1/16 Oliver 770 diesel Custom Puller.

This appears to be a home made custom puller. The axle shaft isn’t quite long enough for the rear tires on it so the rear tires can be pulled apart. Also looks to have some repair work done on steering pedestal.

Neat piece but not one to be played with.
