A. Payments
to. The buyer, once he wins the auction
or makes the purchase, must pay within 72 hours, or the system opens a case by article
without paying, avoid creating a negative profile on eBay in the future and
could cause difficulties for his Counts as a possible buyer or seller. .
b. Please check the images, they are

to be used has defects of use, please note that there are no refunds.
c. Preferably, we look for expert
buyers who know what they are buying, we appreciate the highest honesty in the
purchase and receipt of packages, no refunds, remember that what you buy is

B. Returns (We do not accept returns)
We worry about sending the articles
described to perfection, in the same way we do the necessary technical tests so
that our clients receive exactly what is described in the publication, you can
rest assured we are experts.
We do not accept returns since the
customs policies of our country are quite restrictive, however we listen to our
clients and if there are difficulties we solve them looking for the best way.
In the event that a return is strictly
necessary, it must be done by USPS system for the United States or EMS for the
rest of the world. The return must be registered according to the customs
policies as a return which for us has no commercial value.
C. Shipping
a. Shipping times: According to our
publication, we request 5 days to make the shipment, time in which we check, we
put the clocks to test, if necessary we do a service or maintenance, especially
in mechanical watches.
We must clarify that in most cases the
shipment is made the next day but if we need to take the time indicated we do
it to ensure that your watch arrives in perfect condition or as described, we
are aware of the high costs of watchmaking services in the outside.
b. Shipping companies: For shipping we
are normally charging our customers a standard service USPS (For USA), EMS for
other countries, high cost watches sent by private companies, to provide a
better service.
c. Delivery times: USPS in USA takes to
deliver at final destination between 2 or 3 weeks, and for the rest of the
World EMS takes approximately between 3 to 6 weeks,
d. Traceability, all our shipments are
traceable and insured,
e. Express Shipments, in some occasions
we seek express shipping for the satisfaction of our customers, but if it is a
requirement on your part please let us know, we have a 3 day shipping system to
USA.
f. Packing and packaging: If in the
publication we specify to send the watch in the original packaging, we will
send it in this but normally our packaging consists of a transparent plastic
packaging, inside which the watch is wrapped in bubble paper and tied with
clamps (must be broken with scissors). The above for security of the shipment.
g. Taxes: the buyer will take care of
the customs costs according to the policies of his country.
