Boyds came out with the first Alice Bear in 1995. Alice II came out in 1996. She was named after Alice M. Rivlin who was the founding Director of the Congressional Budget Office under President Bill Clinton. She is part of the Boyds Clinton Cabinet Series

Alice II has pretty gold fur and big brown eyes and a navy blue neck bow. She comes with a blue and gold sweater that compliments her golden fur.
