This furniture piece is in 2 parts. Combines a striking design and appearance, solid and veneer dark stained oak wood exterior with alternate wood interior construction, beautiful wood grain and tone, 2 wonderful turned front legs, 2 large shelved cupboards accessed by 4 doors, 2 lower dovetailed drawers (left drawer includes removable storage tray) decorative features and polished brass fixtures
Would look superb in the kitchen for storing pans, crockery, cutlery and other kitchen utensils. Would also look great in the living room or dining room. Would make a statement also in the entrance hallway

Condition:
Expected overall minor age related marks, dents, chips, splits, scratches and cosmetic surface wear imperfections. Worn stain and finish in areas mainly to table top section and interior. Marks and ring marks to interior areas. Doors are not secure when shut. Right side door on left side cabinet has working catch. Left side door on right side cabinet has broken catch. Check pictures for reference. Cabinet keys are no longer available
Recommendation:
We would suggest replacing the existing catches and also fitting all doors with possible magnetic catches to secure them shut

We like to personally ensure that you are fully satisfied with your purchase. Upon personal item collection and in order to comply with eBay policy and release items, please issue us with the scan or 6 digit collection code which you will receive in eBay messages at purchase completion

All item collections are to be fulfilled within 2 weeks of purchase completion unless otherwise agreed via eBay communication with us. If you wish to cancel please contact us and request this within this time frame. After 2 weeks unless otherwise agreed via eBay communication with us, you will be in breach of our collection terms. We will cancel the transaction and refund you. The item will be re-listed and you will be blocked from our site. Repeat failures to collect will also result in the above action
2. Collection and delivery by third party independent carrier service requested by us on your behalf:
The item is intended for collection only. Nevertheless, we are happy to request delivery quotes and if agreed, arrange delivery on your behalf with carrier firms we regularly use. To request an accurate delivery quote with a carrier, we simply require the full destination postcode. Most of mainland England is covered but some areas may not be depending on location. Important, we take no responsibility for the delivery service and or any potential delivery issues which may occur such as possible delays, alternative collection / delivery dates, item damage etc. We only request delivery quotes and confirm the booking on your behalf if agreed. Any potential delivery issues are between yourself and the carrier. We will forward their contact to you upon booking if happy to proceed
2a. The Terms for delivery:
- Independent third party single man carrier service
- Assistance will be required to help unload item and move to your property
- Ground floor delivery only
- Blanket wrapped and strapped during transit
- Courier will require a current contact mobile number. Please provide this after item purchase so we can forward to courier
- Courier will contact / message you direct on mobile to confirm delivery date which will be fixed due to fixed routes. Estimate 7-14 working days typically from collection
- Delivery fee to be paid at time of item collection direct via bank transfer. The carrier will contact you at time of collection for this. Any delay with payment may delay delivery
- Ensure suitable access with dimensions provided and room for manoeuvrability
- We will bubble wrap items at our end for extra protection at no extra charge
- We will also keep you updated as best we can
- Any further details can be discussed / arranged directly between you and the carrier once booked and we have issued you with their contact
2b. Further information:
This item is initially listed as collection in person. If requesting and accepting delivery by third party, the courier will ultimately be collecting on your behalf. In order for us to comply with eBay collection policy and to successfully complete a collection on eBay we will require the 6 digit collection code which you will receive in your eBay purchase completion message. Please confirm this code in good time prior to carrier collection to avoid any delay as we do require the collection code to release our collection only items. Furthermore, sometimes there may be unforeseen circumstances with the courier such as schedule delays, traffic, van issues, bad weather among others which may result in delivery delay. While these are rare, please be aware they can happen from time to time
3. Collection and delivery by your own third party independent carrier service:
We will allow collection and delivery of our items by reputable third party independent delivery firms such as Proovia couriers. They provide a 2 man team, online competitive quotes and booking, collection and delivery dates to suit. You are responsible for requesting your own delivery quotes, booking and payment. You must request our availability via eBay messages prior to any collection / delivery booking. We won’t be responsible for any financial loss or additional charges for not confirming our collection availability first. Any carrier service you use will be collecting and delivering on your behalf and will ultimately be your responsibility and at your own risk. We accept no responsibility for items once they have been collected by your third party carrier service. We will lightly bubble wrap only if requested and attach your delivery address / contact label to items ready for transit by third party collections at no extra cost but we make no guarantees. If you require extra packaging please discuss and arrange with your third party carrier service. We will not package furniture items in cardboard boxes and we will not be responsible for any incorrect carrier service booking or additional charges which you may incur as a result. The third party independent carrier service is entirely your responsibility

Additionally, we will also require the scan or 6 digit item collection code no later than point of collection in order to release your items. You will receive this in eBay messages at purchase completion. Failure to provide this in good time or at point of collection may delay collection and could result in extra charges set by your carrier which we will not be responsible for. Therefore, please ensure your carrier is provided with the collection scan or 6 digit code for a smooth collection
Returns:
If you are not totally satisfied with your order, you may return it back to us within 30 days starting from the day you received the item. Items must be in original and unopened condition to qualify for a full refund. Buyer is responsible for the return carriage cost which will not be refunded. Initial outgoing carriage cost will also not be refunded
