All products are well packed in tissue and/or bubble wrap for protection and then placed into a box. The postage cost for this item is $18.50 and includes a heavy duty mailing satchel.  If total purchases exceed $100 additional insurance is required and I will obtain details from the post office and advise you of their fee. Note that the standard costs are $14.50 postage/tracking + $7.80 for heavy duty satchel, shipping labels, wrapping materials, visiting post office and paypal fees on postage costs etc and approximately $3.20 in eBay fees. Package weight is approximately 900g  I will try to minimise shipping costs and any excess will be refunded if shipping ends up less. PLEASE DO NOT BID/BUY IF YOU ARE NOT HAPPY WITH SHIPPING FEES.

Express post is available for an extra $20.00. If you need this in a hurry please select this option as regular/standard post can take up to four weeks to arrive.

Overseas

Shipping

Overseas is available and is generally expensive. For example shipping to USA is around $65. Please contact me with details of your country to check shipping prices before you bid, otherwise you accept the shipping rate quoted in eBay. If the amount paid exceeds the actual costs I refund this excess back to you. I do not make money from shipping fees.

Please ignore eBay calculations as it does not always take into account price increases nor eBay and Paypal or other fees charged. 

Please note, overseas buyers, the postal system in Australia (and possibly your country) is experiencing significant delays due to the pandemic. It can take between a few weeks to a few months for your item to arrive. If you purchase, please allow for this extended timeframe for delivery.

Payment is required within three days of sale. If you are unable to make payment please contact me otherwise an unpaid items report will be lodged.

Domestic: You can pay via Paypal, or Direct Deposit to bank account . Direct deposit to bank account is preferred.

International: Payment is via Paypal.

CONDITION AND RETURN POLICY

All items are checked extensively and described as accurately as possible. These items are advised as new. By purchasing you accept the item as it is pictured and described. Returns are available if you change your mind however please note that the item must not be used, all tags and labels must still be complete, intact and attached to the bag for resale. There is a 20% restocking fee on the purchase price. Further conditions for return are that the item must be repacked as it was shipped to you in all materials that protect the item and sent back in the same box/shipping satchel or replaced by a similar packaging from Australia post (i.e. a heavy duty satchel). You are responsible for return shipping costs and insurance in the event that the item is damaged upon arrival. Refunds will be provided upon return and the item being inspected for damage or use. If found damaged or used a refund may be refused or a part refund provided at seller’s discretion.
