Striking Black Palm wood from India.   Size:  1.5 x 1.5 x 12 inches    These are dried pieces (around 8%), most will be somewhat rough cut on the outer surface, but just a little sanding or planing and the beauty comes out easily  (as in the sanded samples in our photos).

Finish suggestions: To keep the maximum contrast between the black and white we use sanding sealer, this stops finishes from soaking into the white part and darkening it.   If you want to make the white color turn darker brown, consider using an oil finish that soaks into the wood.

Note:   Sizes are plus/minus 1/8" but we try our best to send full size pieces.   

 

A quantity of "1" means you will get one blank.   More than one piece shown in pics to give you an idea of the slight grain variations. 

Handling is listed at 3 days, but we rush your order out before that almost every time.
