Can I operate the feeder from my phone app during a power outage?

During a power outage, the app will not be able to operate the feeder and the feeder will continue to be powered by 3 D batteries. When the power is on, you can use your phone to operate the feeder again and the feeding schedule will not be cleared.

The App can't connect to the feeder?

Please check if the Wi-Fi name and password are in Chinese or longer than 12 digits,and make sure the Wi-Fi type is 2.4G.
