Ukrainian Folk National Costume Vyshyvanka Floral Embroidered Blouse & Skirt

Up for sale is this beautiful 3-piece set of a National Ukrainian Costume. The costume includes a blouse, a skirt, and a head flower wreath.

All three items were made and personally purchased in Ukraine in 2021.

The blouse is made of white cotton blend fabric with beautiful cross-stitch machine embroideries and laces.

The skirt is made of some kind of wool blend – nice thick fabric! It also displays some gorgeous embroidery.

This set could be a wonderful addition to your collection of folk costumes!

The fabric tags are missing.

The size tag on the blouse is 40. For me it looks and feels like US size 4 or XS. Please check the measurements!

The skirt is also size 4, but the way it’s constructed – you can move the buttons and it will fit sizes 2 to 8!

Measurements (blouse):

Cross chest (armpit to armpit) – 18 in

Cross back (tip of one shoulder to another) – 20 in

Sleeve length – 17 in

Waist – 17 in

Hem opening  – 17 in (has 2 cuts on both sides, 4.5 in each)

Total length – 25 in

 

Measurements (skirt):

Waist – 15-18 in (depending where you will move the buttons, now the buttons are at 15 in)

Total length – 24.5 in

 

Measurements are taken laying flat, not stretched. Please compare with measurements from a similar garment that fits you well to insure a perfect fit.
