Description: An end of 19th century Russian Orthodox silver and forward-plated icon showing the figure of St. Nicholas with two Christian Orthodox spiritual figures on high. This may have been a travel icon with the back of the icon having a felt backing and there is a later hanging tool attached en verso.

Condition: excellent detail condition, some surface scratches from use as well as some silver tarnishing.
