Description

These laptops are brand new and in HP factory boxes from old stock.  All boxes were opened by our team to verify contents.  Laptops and accessories are sealed inside box.  

        The XP installation software disc, HP literature, and power adapter is included.    
          
The battery is new and unused but NOT GUARANTEED in any way, 
as batteries lose the ability to perform over time.

The factory warranty expired in 2012 and is NOT valid in any way. 

These may also require a LAN connection and will not be compatible with some wifi system.
 
All boxes may have very minor shelf wear.

Payment

All purchases must be paid for within 2 business days. We accept Paypal payments in $USD only.


Shipping
  • All orders will be shipped within 2 business days after receipt of cleared payment. We use Fedex, or USPS for all shipping.
  • Any items valued at $750 or more will require signature confirmation, no exceptions.
  • Shipments only to Paypal verified addresses. We do not ship to HI, AK, PR, or PO boxes.
  • Be sure the correct address is on your order as we cannot make any changes to your shipping address.
  • We do not offer international shipping. Please understand that if you use a third party shipping company to send your purchase outside of the U.S., we are only responsible until it reaches the shipper, not thereafter, and there may be no recourse for damaged items.
                                        Returns

  • All of our items come with a 30 day warranty, returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
  • For all returns other than reason of defective/not as described, buyer is responsible for return shipping fees.  For defective or not as described items, we gladly provide a return label.
  • Returns accepted within 30 days, returns must include ALL parts, accessories, etc.
  • NO partial refunds or credits will be issued for any reason, we gladly accept returns or exchanges only.
