What is USB-C Power Delivery? (PD3.0) / QC3.0?
The PD3.0 fast charging protocol standardizes the voltage output range: 3.0V~21V, and enables two fast charging schemes consisting of high voltage/low current and low voltage/high current.
The step for amplitude modulation voltage is 20mV, which ensures complete, efficient charging and is backward compatible with PD2.0.
QC3.0 is another fast charging protocol, as the third-generation product of Qualcomm Snapdragon Fast Charging Technology which uses the Optimal Voltage Intelligent Negotiation (INOV) algorithm to charge compatible devices four times faster than traditional charging. The QC3.0 charging speed is 38% more efficient that the previous QC2.0 standard, but is still backward compatible with QC2.0 / QC1.0 equipment.

Please include a copy of your invoice and write your order number on the outside of the parcel or in the shipping address as laid out above. Retain Proof of Posting in all instances. Most small items can be sent back with a Large Letter Stamp, but we advise checking the weights with the Post Office.
If you open an eBay Return and abuse the returns process, we will ask eBay to step in and deduct the returns label postage costs we incur, from your refund amount.
Returns Under Warranty
Our warranty only covers genuine manufacture defects, which are normally discovered within the first month of use. We follow the market in electronics and as most retailers do by accepting returns or issuing replacements without prejudice within three months.
After this time, our full terms and conditions come into effect and as such if an item is subject to cosmetic damage, fair wear and tear, accidental damage this is not covered under warranty.
