The book is called 'Improve and Modify MGB including MGC and MGB V8s' written by Lindsay Porter and Dave Pollard.  It's a Haynes book, published in 1988.  It has typical Haynes black and white photos and diagrams.

It has 240 pages and is approx 28cm high by 21.5cm wide.

The condition looks very good.  The dust cover has the odd mark and a bit discoloured at the top.  Inside looks like it's never been read.
