The straps are contoured for a comfortable carry, they are wider at the top of the shoulder. For shorter carries, you can use the Metro SLX Sunday Bag with a single strap.

Once we have recieved the item, we will issue your refund immediately, via the same payment method as the original purchase.

All we ask is that it is returned in it's original condition (including packaging). If the product is faulty we will refund all postage charges. We're sorry if the item is "as described" we will refund the cost of the item but I'm afraid we are unable to refund any postage charges.

We always try to keep postage costs to a minimum to retain the value of your purchase.

If we use Royal Mail services, postage costs apply to all UK postcodes. For items delivered by courier, our postage costs apply to England, Wales and Scottish lowlands only.
