This Parkell Integra Dental Ultrasonic Scaler System (Model: D680) comes as pictured with pedal bottles and hoses plus power supply. Unit has been tested and water does not reach Scaler tip. Unit does not include straws inside Unit. We did test Unit with straws from a working unit and water did not pump through System. For this reason the item is being sold as is for parts or repair only with no returns or refunds for any reason. Please only purchase if you can repair or use the parts as returns are not accepted on parts units for any reason.
