The Talisman is a powerful magic amulet and lucky charm made by hand by Amiara Munteanu Bergmann inspired by the Mexican collective imagination, traditions, legends, shapes and colors related to the figure of Calavera Catrina or Holy Death that is the Sugar Skull, intertwined with the European mytheme of the Dance Macabre or Dance of Death.
The Pendant is distinguished by being worked identically on both sides. Thus it is formed by a white skull topped by a red rose with a female body under a long golden dress.
Within ancient tribal cultures, everything worn, especially during religious ceremonies, was cloaked in an aura of mystery and sacredness. Consequently, the jewels, although also having a decorative and ornamental function, first of all, were thought to have deep symbolic and magical values linked to religion and superstition.
In carrying out ceremonies and magical rituals not only the performed gestures and the pronounced formulas but also the tools that are used are fundamental.
