Canon FL 135mm F2.5 is converted to Arri LPL mount, lens in VGC.

Focus works, infinity works. Aperture is like preset ring on the front. 

Focus is smooth on the lens.

Please note that F2.5, focus plane is very small on this lens, attached video and photos are taken at f2.5

For more depth, you need to lower the aperture to F3.5.

Due to its design, at fast apertures, focus is very narrow compare to other lenses of same focus length.

 

Adapter can't be used on other FL lenses as thread size of 135mm is huge (63mm) and doesn't match the thread size of normal FL lenses.

The way the assembly is made is through 2 pieces. Front sits on the lens with LPL mount and rear comes with separate block as support. You can remove it by taking grubs screws off. Please note that you need to center this when you re-assemble.

Slight focus adjustment can be made by loosening screws on LPL mount.
