deliver your item to a room of your choice. If the appliance cannot be safely moved to the desired
room; delivery will be to the nearest point.

Palletised
delivery: 3 - 5 working days *(additional
charges apply for Scotland, Highlands, London & Cornwall, please message me
your postcode before purchasing for a total price)
Your
item will be delivered on a wooden pallet up to the entrance of the building or
as near as possible depending on driveways or pathways. The delivery vehicle
could be up to a 18 tonne lorry, please advise if this size vehicle will not fit
down your access road. The driver will NOT assist you with moving the appliance
into your property.
Deliveries
are between 9am and 5pm Monday-Friday (extra charges apply for Saturdays and
booked time slots).
Collection From Our Shop
Mon- Fri 9am -5pm
Saturday: 9am – 3pm
Saturday after 3pm & Sunday can be arranged
Payments
For
collection: we only accept cash or card on the day.
For
deliveries: eBay or cash if local.
Warranty
This item comes with our 1 year parts and labour warranty.
If your appliance develops a fault
within the guarantee period, we will send an engineer within three working
days, up to a maximum of 50 miles. If
you live over 50 miles, we will either: arrange a local engineer to repair or
arrange collection and issue you a full refund.
Terms and Conditions
a) We are not liable of loss of earnings due to late or
delayed delivery.
b) In the unlikely event that an item is damaged during
transit please refuse delivery and a full refund will be issued.
c) Any failed palletised delivery will be subject to a
£40 rebooking fee, alternatively you can collect free of charge from your local
depot.
d) Please check the item will fit inside your house as
returns will be at your expense.
e) We do not accept responsibility for any loss incurred
as a result of product failure.
f) It is your responsibility to protect your furnishings
and flooring whilst your item is being delivered. We are not liable for any
damage to your property.
g) All appliances must be installed by a gas safe or
electrical certified engineer. We are not liable for any installation faults
which may occur due to incorrect installation.
