This is a vintage 1966 Simplicity pattern #6891, Women’s Skirt, Top, & Jacket, Size 16. The sleeveless, collarless blouse has back zipper and optional purchased belt. The A-line skirt has side zipper and waistband. Lined jacket without front closing has notched collar, long set-in sleeves and flaps.

Envelope shows wear and has small tears. Pattern is in unused and uncut condition.
