This vintage .25 cents US Postal Savings Stamp from 1941 features the slogan "America on Guard" and showcases a green color. The stamp was issued during the World War II era and is a great addition to any collection of postal history or covers. The stamp is in fair to good condition and is a must-have for collectors of United States stamps. It was manufactured in the United States and is a true representation of the country's postal history.
I am not a stamp collector so I am not familiar with the terminology of stamp collecting. I do know that these have never been used and they have the original gum glue. They have not been hinged (nothing attached to the back of the stamps). I would say that they are in good condition considering their age. I don't know if they qualify as "mint" condition because of normal aging. Please look at the pictures carefully to determine condition. The stamps are marked "U.S. POSTAL SAVINGS" so I believe they were issued to help the war effort but I this is just a guess. The stamps are a fascinating part of WWII history. They will enhance any collection of WWII era memorabilia.
