Very clean....very little fading in the plastic from the sun.

Rear tri-pronged tabs are intact and functional. Secures grill to door panel.

Face of the speaker cover looks great no missing section.

Rear fabric backing firmly adhered to inner part of grill. Helps to keep dust and dirt from entering into the components of speaker.
