The version 1.4 of the HDMI also gives the starting signal to an improvement in the resolution that today we call Full HD. We're going to have to forget about the before and after of 1080p because this new spec is getting closer to real home theater and it's capable of sending video at resolutions up to 4096 × 2160 at 24 fps or 3840 × 2160 at 30 fps.
