This is a sweet 10" baby girl. Her cuff ribbon is pink and her dress is a faded pink. Her head is in perfect condition, no cracks etc.
Her little celloid hands (original) are undamaged. Her satin basket/bed was added for display. She is a darling and I enjoyed
crafting it for her. She is now ready for her new life and adoption. Her beautiful eyes are original and open and close
perfectly. I added her little bonnet to give her a bit of individuality and it matches her bed. I did not see the advantage of
removing the head, which had never been done to repair the crier. So this sweet little thing will sleep and wake in silent
contentment. This a beautiful example of Grace Putnam's work. The lashes and paint are done with great care.
I believe she is an early example.
