These are pulled from PS4. 

You can use it on a PS3 or any PC as it is just a SATA Disk Drive. 

Sony PS3 or PS4 AutoFormats any disk in SAFE Mode. 

This does NOT have the Xbox One System on it. 

These are NOT for the Xbox One as those require a special system already on it.
