DESCRIPTION: This is the variation/parallel of Westburg's Topps Series 1 RC that comes only in 17-card retail blister team packs. This card looks just like the Series 1 card but has card number #BAL-13 on back instead of #66. The sealed team packs are the only place to find these variations.
