RETURNS : 

returns accepted within 14 days & if found faulty a replacement will be sent or a refund if a replacement part is not available , if found to be returned & works this wont be refunded !

POSTAGE: 

most parts take 3-5 days but a faster postage option is available on all parts at extra ££ costs ££ please message for postal quotes with you address details .  

ONCE PART{S} SENT PLEASE DO NOT KEEP MESSAGING ASKING WHERE THE PART IS AS ONCE IT LEAVES US AND A TRACKING NUMBER IS UPLOADED WE HAVE NO CONTROL OVER THIS SERVICE & CANT SPEED IT UP IN ANYWAY !

collection is available but please check with us time day etc so we are available for this

FITTING SERVICE 

{ fitting service available but very busy so this needs to be booked in if needed and the labour will be needed to be paid upfront in full and wont be refunded if you no longer need the service , otherwise your welcome to collect the part{s} and fit yourself or use a another garage etc } if your unsure of the problem with your vehicle before ordering part{s} a diagnostics can be done at extra costs by us to see if we can provide the part{s} and the fitting service for this , we have all the up-to date diagnostic plug in machines for most vehicles & if you see my other items the service is listed to book in .
