These are Kirchhof Tin Noise Makers.

They were made in Newark New Jersey.

This is a set of 2.

One of them is an enclosed round and the other is an open clanger type noisemaker.

The top graphics are all the same on yellow backgrounds

 and the backsides are both blue.

There are 3 lines of sheet music and a woman & child 

singing and a man blowing a red noisemaker.

These have wooden handles.
