Overview

The Folding doors in this listing would be an impressive addition to any home.  They have an engineered timber core which not only provides strength and stability but also excellent thermal insulation making them ideal for the UK climate.  The product is supplied un-finished ready for painting or staining on site prior to assembly and installation.  Many components have been pre-machined for hardware where possible.

This 2.7m set will have three doors which slide and fold to one end. They are universal, so you can choose the opening direction upon installation.

To protect these doors against the elements, finishing must take place in full prior to assembly and installation. The timber used in this range has been treated with a high-performance preservative which includes a water repellent material, designed to help protect the product through its lifespan.  Because of this, please ensure that the wood stain or paint chosen to finish the doors is compatible for use on timber treated with a water repellent.  The doors are not suitable for finishing with Wax, Oil or Varnish.

The doors on this Bifold door have had some edge damage as pictured.  Being unfinished timber, this is something which can be repaired prior to final finishing and installation.

Delivery & Returns

Standard delivery is available for UK mainland destinations.  Orders will be delivered within a maximum of ten working days from date of payment, current lead times average 5 to 6 working days. 

Please note that eBay will generate an automatic message once we've marked your order as despatched, but the dates stated may not truly reflect your delivery window.  Either our Sales team or our Courier will be in touch to discuss delivery.  For this reason, please ensure that the information provided in your order is correct and that both landline and mobile telephone numbers are given. 

Should you not be able to accept our initial offer of delivery date then we shall re-schedule on the next available route to your area.  Any specific information about dates to avoid or restricted vehicle access must be given as either a note in your order or by separate email within eBay.  If you have any questions regarding specific requirements, please contact us before placing your order.  Should the delivery address need to be changed after the order has been placed, we will require this in writing via the eBay messaging system.

Cancellations and returns are accepted however the following conditions apply.

All goods must be signed for in quantity upon delivery and any obvious damages should be reported whilst the Driver is present.  Any other damage or issues should then be reported within 72 hours of receiving delivery through the eBay messages along with photographs.

If delivered damaged, or if the wrong item has been sent, then we will organise a replacement item as soon as possible or facilitate the return and refund in full should there be a decision to cancel.

If Buyers change their mind, we request contact be made by phone or by message through eBay prior to opening an eBay returns case.  At this point Buyers will be advised of any costs to be deducted from their eventual refund.  This amounts to the original outgoing delivery cost and the cost of return.  If an alternative item is ordered and an exchange can be made on the same day, then the cost of the returned portion shall be halved.

Any product we supply as either white primed or unfinished timber should be fully treated prior to installation.  This applies to both internal and externally fitted product.  Please bare this in mind when ordering to ensure time is allowed for finishing before.

The item in this listing is guaranteed for 12 months against manufacturing defects, subject to suitable finishing.  The Glazing is guaranteed for 5 years against glass manufacturing defects.

Warehouse

All the items listed in our eBay shop pages are in stock and available, we do not buy any of our product from a third-party supplier (apart from hardware) and product originates from our own dedicated factories overseas.  Customers are welcome to come and view product and then collect from our Warehouse.  Collections can be arranged by appointment from 9am to 4.30pm each weekday.  Items advertised with delivery included in the price are subject to discount if collected.  Details available upon request.
