Scott CR1 Pro 54cm (medium) Carbon Fibre Road Bike with Quality Components

I am reluctantly selling my Scott CR1 Pro - I have bought another (disk brake) bike and I am not riding the Scott enough to justify keeping it.

This is a great bike - pretty light (8.52kg with pedals), stiff but still comfortable. I have ridden in the French Alps and Pyrenees on this bike as well as all over the UK and Wales. I have ridden it numerous times for over 100 miles and never felt uncomfortable.

I have done ~24,000 miles on this bike in the time I have had it, so it is not pristine - please see photos. There are various scuffs and chips on the frame reflecting the mileage and there is rubbing on the crank arms. None of this is structural - it's all surface only. If I hadn't bought another bike I'd still be riding this.

It's a 54cm (Medium) and as shown in the photos is set up for me - 5ft11" 32" inside length - the seat post can be raised and dropped to adapt for shorter and taller riders. There's also +/-10mm of adjustment in the stem with the spacers that are fitted

I bought this as a frame set only in 2013 and built the bike up - so it's not a "standard" Scott build and has had a series of upgrades over the years. In the build that I am selling here, it is as follows:

• Scott CR1 Pro 54cm Carbon frame and fork
• Shimano Ultegra wheels (aluminium) with Giant PSL-1 tyres (23mm)
• Full Shimano 5800 11 Speed black group set (50/34 chain set, 11/28 cassette, short cage rear derailleur)
• 3T carbon seat post
• Selle Royal saddle
• 3T carbon handle bars 
• ~100mm Concept aluminium stem 
• (The pedals shown will not be included)

I serviced it fully last summer - new headset bearings, replaced all gear and brake cables, new 50T chain ring, new chain, new bar tape and it has done around 1000 miles or so since then.

This is a quite traditional rim brake road bike. It will not accept wide tyres - I mostly ran it with 23mm tyres. It will also run with 25mm (I have done this as well) but you will not get anything wider than 25mm in the frame.
