A collaboration guitar between Thomas Humphrey, a luthier known for making raised fingerboards, and Martin, an acoustic guitar brand with an unwavering tradition.
Thomas Humphrey 1948-2008 studied guitar making with Michael Grean in New York. At first, he learned traditional Spanish production techniques and was involved in production activities, but as a passionate researcher, he was not satisfied with the traditional guitars and constantly tried to develop new ones.
In 1985, he designed the raised fingerboard RF.
Raised fingerboard (a guitar with a fingerboard raised above the top)
Volume Distance is dramatically improved.
As a side effect, it improves access to high positions.
This model is a collaboration model between Thomas Humphrey, the founder of the raised fingerboard mentioned above, and Maitin.
This is a highly rare item that has been produced since 1998 and only 263 pieces were produced in total.
Made in 1996.
There is some damage commensurate with the model year, but there are no noticeable scratches or anything fatal, and I think it looks relatively clean.
One made by the global brand Martin.
I believe that its warm and elegant tone will appeal not only to classical players but also to a wide range of guitar players.

The string height is a little high, but there is plenty of saddle left.

Regarding the condition
Made in 1996.
There are no large dents or cracks.
You can check the weather check by exposing it to light (left and right sides of the top neck, under the bridge, and other areas).
There are scratches.
There is a step on the entire surface where the fingerboard and neck join. I don't think it will bother you much while playing. 7th image
There is a line mark on the back of the neck at about the 5th and 10th frets. 8th image
Bracing repair history (6 pieces).
String height: Approximately 4.5mm on the 4th string side of the 12th fret, approximately 3.5mm on the 1st string side
There are about 6 strings left on the saddle, and about 6 strings left on the 1st string.
Although the neck is slightly warped, the condition of the neck can be said to be good.
