An original WW2 ALLIED AIR DROP PROPAGANDA LEAFLET of a specific type known as a "PASSIERSCHEIN" (SURRENDER LEAFLET) guaranteeing safe passage for surrendering GERMAN TROOPS.

This particular variation (Code ZG 37) was dropped behind German lines during the BATTLE of NORMANDY and continued to be used throughout the month that followed.

It's one of a collection of around 50 different such Allied propaganda leaflets I am currently listing, with several different variations of the "PASSERSCHEIN" format, including some rare examples from the EASTERN FRONT.

In excellent unfolded condition.

Measures approximately 21cm x 13cm.

Please see my other WW2 (and WW1) propaganda leaflets, documents, maps, manuals, photos etc.
