Synopsis: ET meets Jurassic Park. When a young boy accidentally discover a strange, mischievous little dinosaur his already troubled town is plunged in to chaos. As his new friend grows, it becoming increasingly difficult to keep his new pet a secret and he soon realises the dinosaur is the unwanted consequence of a military experiment gone wrong.
