WE DO NOT SERVICE PRO CONTROLLERS WITH STRIPPED SCREWS. PLEASE DO NOT SEND US YOUR PRO CONTROLLER WITH STRIPPED SCREWS OR PRIOR WORK OR WE WILL CANCEL YOUR ORDER AND IMMEDIATELY SEND BACK YOUR CONTROLLER AT THE BUYER’S EXPENSE.

This is a mail-in service for Nintendo Switch Pro Controllers.

This listing offers the following service options:

1.   Shell Replacement Swap Service

2.   LED Buttons Kit Installation

Please read below for all important information related to each service option:

1.   Shell Replacement Swap Service

This service includes replacing/swapping out your Pro Controller shell with a different shell that is provided by you (the buyer). Custom shells can be found on websites such as eBay, Etsy, and Amazon, depending on what type of shell you wish to have installed.

PLEASE NOTE: IN ORDER TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS SERVICE, YOUR PRO CONTROLLER MUST BE FULLY FUNCTIONING. OTHERWISE, WE WILL NOT SERVICE YOUR PRO CONTROLLER. WE WILL FULLY TEST YOUR PRO CONTROLLER BEFORE AND AFTER WE SERVICE IT.

If your Pro Controller is received and the shell cannot be swapped for any reason, we will send it back to you (the buyer) and provide a refund (minus the return shipping fees). The transaction, however, will NOT be listed as a return.

PLEASE NOTE: Any original shells/buttons/assorted parts will NOT be mailed back to you once the service has been completed. Only your Pro Controller (with the installed shell provided by you) will be mailed back to you.

2.   LED Buttons Kit Installation

This service includes the installation of an LED buttons kit that allows the buttons on your Pro Controller to light up with different colors. This kit is provided by you (the buyer) and can be found on Amazon.

PLEASE NOTE: IN ORDER TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS SERVICE, YOUR PRO CONTROLLER MUST BE FULLY FUNCTIONING. OTHERWISE, WE WILL NOT SERVICE YOUR PRO CONTROLLER. WE WILL FULLY TEST YOUR PRO CONTROLLER BEFORE AND AFTER WE SERVICE IT.

If your Pro Controller is received and the LED kit cannot be installed for any reason, we will send it back to you (the buyer) and provide a refund (minus the return shipping fees). The transaction, however, will NOT be listed as a return.

Please follow the steps below to get started:

1.   Purchase a service ticket or ticket(s) for this listing. You have the following service options:

a)  Shell Replacement Swap Service (Yes or No)

b) LED Buttons Kit Installation (Yes or No)

You may purchase multiple service options if you wish (i.e. Shell Replacement Swap Service AND LED Buttons Kit Installation). If you would like to purchase multiple service options, please make sure to add ALL service options to your cart BEFORE making a purchase.

2. After you have purchased a ticket or ticket(s) from the listing, we will send you a message via eBay messages with our business address. It will be your responsibility to safely ship your Pro Controller AND any replacement shell(s) and/or LED buttons kit(s) of your choice to the address provided by us.

*This service does NOT include replacement shell(s) and/or LED buttons kit(s)! It is your responsibility to send replacement shell(s) and/or LED buttons kit(s) WITH your Pro Controller!*

PLEASE NOTE: We recommend mailing your Pro Controller via USPS flat-rate shipping as it is insured and the fastest way to send it. The faster it gets here, the faster we can complete your selected service(s)! We do not require your package to be insured; however, we will not be held responsible for any damages incurred during shipping.

3. Once we receive your Pro Controller, it will be serviced within 7 days of receiving it. Please note that the handling time for shipping is 15 days as this is the estimated amount of time for the entire service process to be complete. Once your Pro Controller has been received, evaluated, and serviced, we will send it back ASAP. Return shipping is included in the listing price!
