HOW TO MEASURE (see image chart ) 

PLEASE DON'T GUESS YOUR SIZE , FOLLOW THE GUIDE BELOW
For best results. Use a cloth tape 
Measure around the arm where the top of the band will sit
PULL THE TAPE FOR SNUG FIT. THE TAPE MUST NOT BE LOOSE
YOU WILL THEN NEED TO ORDER ONE FULL SIZE BELOW THIS MEASUREMENT
Covers taper from top to bottom of covers . ( bicep sizes 5,6,7,8 and 9 inch have no taper)
If you require a piece of elastic adding to the top rim of the cover please add a note to seller at checkout
