The box is beat up. The table does work (put 3 fresh D cell batteries (not included) into the bottom compartment, close it up, then put dice onto the spinner and it should spin and launch). The hinge on the holder for the chips is broken and the holder also has some cracks. It is missing some chips. one of the dice is discolored. The cardboard mat has some creases and bends. The gaming guide has some creasing. The feat do NOT have the original rubber on the bottoms. There may be other damage, I am not aware of. Please see the images. 

Pretty novel device.  It is a bit loud when used.
