Wonderful stoneware sculpture of a green angry, or at least very suspicious looking bird by Gunnar Nylund Rörstrand Sweden 1960s.

In my opinion this is the single best animal figurine by Nylund. No competition.

The green blue shiny glaze, the birds slithering body and the facial expression make this very unique stoneware figurine.

The bird stands approx. 17 cm tall, 7 cm wide and 2  cm deep. Signed 1st quality with Rörstrand logo, "Sweden GN".

In excellent condition without any cracks, scratches but please be aware the bird has minimal amount of subtle grazing which is almost impossible to see it and very normal in these kind of figurines.

I wrap carefully and all my items are insured for lost or broken. I only ship with tracking for our both safety.
