No charger, google signed in and Samsung account signed in, it wont let me reset, might be a easy fix for someone tech savvy, seems to be in descent cosmetic shape, has a bunch of stickers on the back, has very small minor surface scrathes but overall is a good shape for what it is, please look at all the pictures to see condition.
