- Material: We use fresh, machine grade ABS plastic, some manufacturers use recycled material to cut cost; which jeopardise the rigidity, lack of flexibility, products are very easy get broken and cracked;
- Painting:Compare to cheap-made parts on the market, we use oven temperature profiling in painting process, between 100 and 150 degree, which maximises the quality of finish; better cohesion, less peeling and flaking off; also provides lighter overall weight;
- Chrome plating：poor chrome parts often start to blister or peel in few month's outdoor exposure. While we utilise a minimum of two layers of nickel plating before the chrome plating is applied. It includes a layer of semi-bright nickel that is followed by a layer of bright nickel because the bright nickel is anodic to semi-bright nickel, making it resist corrosion better and last.
- Precise fitment：We completely rebuild and remodel the mold after every 5000 pieces made, to ensure the mold stay in precision, so our grilles always fit the car perfect.
