Bill Lawrence BT2M-70

Description

The BT2M-70 was the core model of Bill Lawrence's Telecaster.
This model also became the basis for the later Princess Princess Kaori Okui model.
Although the V-shaped neck and overall specs are based on the 52 Telecaster, it has a brass 6-way saddle bridge and a fingerboard radius reminiscent of a Gibson, and the sound is firmly reminiscent of the 1980s when it was manufactured. The atmosphere is reminiscent of that.

It has a playing feel that is not too classic, and the thickness of the sound makes you feel about 40 years old, which is typical of Bill Lawrence.
This is Bill Lawrence's work, and it's understandable that it has an enthusiastic following.
The rear pickup has been replaced with a GOTOH one.

There are noticeable scratches, dents, and signs of use throughout.

The truss rod works well, and there is plenty of room for adjustment in both the forward and reverse warp correction directions.
The warp of the neck has been adjusted with a rod, and it is almost straight.
There is some slight wear on the frets, but there is enough left and there is no problem with playing.
